Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are greatly appreciated. Usually, gratuities range from 15-20% or higher if you are exceptionally pleased with your service. Tips must be in cash or a separate personal check made directly out to the technician.

Cell Phone Etiquette

To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests please turn your phone on silent upon arrival.

Appointment Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service because you may have to fill out paperwork. If you are late we may have to shorten your treatment to stay on time for the next scheduled appointment. If you are getting a full set of lashes or a relash please come with a clean eye.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you do not notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged as followed: *On your first instance 50% of your total services scheduled will be charged *On your second cancellation you will be charged 100% of your total services scheduled *Thereafter you will have to schedule same-day appointments based on availability.
